Every EWA A127 order ships free across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges, no "free shipping above ₹X" condition. You pay ₹2,499, that's what you pay.

What about COD?

Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge. Some courier partners may levy a small COD handling fee for select pincodes — if applicable, this will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery times

Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 days; Tier 2/3 cities and remote areas may take up to 5–7 days.

How it works

You place the order

Order via our website using UPI, card, or Cash on Delivery. You receive a confirmation email and SMS immediately.

We pack it within 24 hours

Every A127 is packed in our branded box with the USB-C cable and silicone loop strap. Quality-checked before sealing.

Handed to our courier partner

We ship via Shiprocket, dispatching through partners like Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart depending on your pincode. You get a tracking number by SMS.

Delivered to your door

Your A127 arrives in 3–5 business days. If you're not home, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track via the courier partner's website directly using the AWB number in your confirmation.

If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of ordering, email us at hello@ewaindia.in with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — but only before the order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours of placing). Email hello@ewaindia.in with your order number and new address as soon as possible. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it.

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts on different days. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us. We'll contact you to reship — no additional charge for the first reship.

Our courier partners generally don't deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a residential or commercial address for delivery.

First check with neighbours or your building security/reception — couriers sometimes leave packages there. If still missing, email hello@ewaindia.in within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We'll raise a dispute with the courier and resolve it quickly.

Orders are shipped in EWA-branded packaging. If you need discreet packaging for a gift, mention it in the order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
