Of Service

Areas of Impact

Changing lives, one community at a time

We run programmes across education, health, women's empowerment, and legal awareness — built for the people who need them most.

Education

Education That Reaches Every Child

We run free schools and learning centres for the children of migrant construction workers and daily-wage families — children who would otherwise have no access to schooling. No documents required. No fees. Open six days a week.

Our Samridhi Apna School in Bakkarwala and the Yuva Turk Library in Ghazipur collectively serve over 260 children, running morning and afternoon shifts to accommodate different age groups and learning levels.

Health & Wellbeing

Health for Those Who Need It Most

CVF organises regular health camps in partnership with AIIMS Delhi and community clinics, bringing doctors, nurses, and diagnostics directly to underserved neighbourhoods. Services include general OPD, eye checks, dental care, and women's health consultations — all free of charge.

We also run weekly yoga and wellness sessions for women and elderly residents, and connect families with government health schemes they would otherwise never access.

Women's Empowerment

Women Who Earn, Lead and Decide

CVF's women's empowerment programme runs self-help groups, vocational skills training, and financial literacy workshops across Delhi NCR. Women learn tailoring, food processing, beauty services, and handicrafts — skills that translate directly into income and independence.

We also provide legal support, counselling, and connection to government welfare schemes. Since 2012, over 400 women have graduated from our programmes and many have gone on to run their own micro-enterprises.

Child Protection

Keeping Girls Safe

CVF works on the ground to protect girls and children from trafficking, abuse, and exploitation. We collaborate with Delhi Legal Services Authority, police child-welfare units, and NCW-empanelled lawyers to provide rapid response, legal representation, and rehabilitation support.

We also run awareness sessions in schools and communities on POCSO, child rights, and safe reporting — equipping families with the knowledge to protect their children before harm occurs.

Legal Awareness

Awareness That Creates Change

CVF runs regular awareness campaigns on legal rights, gender equity, domestic violence, RTI, and government welfare entitlements — reaching communities where this information almost never arrives through official channels.

Sessions are conducted in Hindi and local dialects, led by trained community educators and partnering lawyers. We have reached over 5,000 individuals through street plays, community meetings, and printed materials since 2015.

Youth Development

Building Confident Young People

CVF's youth programme uses sports, cultural activities, and leadership workshops to help young people from underserved backgrounds develop confidence, discipline, and a sense of identity. Annual cricket, kabaddi, and chess tournaments have become the most anticipated community events of the year.

Beyond sports, the programme includes spoken English classes, career counselling, and mentorship connecting youth with working professionals — building aspiration alongside skills.

Our Mission

Rooted in communities.
Built on trust.

Care Village Foundation was established in 2008 with one belief: that real change begins at the grassroots. Seventeen years on, we remain committed to building communities where education, health, and dignity are not privileges — they are rights.

Our programmes reach the most underserved corners of Delhi NCR — the children of daily-wage workers, women without economic agency, and families navigating systems they were never meant to access.
