Dedicated to Upliftment

CARE VILLAGE FOUNDATION is a distinguished voluntary organization dedicated to the upliftment and empowerment of marginalized communities including Youth, Women, Adolescent Girls, Children, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Homeless Individuals, and other vulnerable sections of society.

Officially registered in 2012, our organization is committed to fostering holistic development and creating a positive impact on society. We deliver an extensive range of activities including formation of self-help groups, counseling, development and training programs, yoga awareness campaigns, promotion of sports and cultural activities.

We collaborate with various voluntary and government agencies such as NABARD, Smile Foundation, ONGC, Ministry of Ayush Yoga and Naturopathy, Delhi Commission For Women, Delhi State Legal Services Authority, and many more to serve the underprivileged, underpaid, and disheartened segments of society.

Founder & Visionary Leader

A prominent Child-Right Social Activist and Member of DAC, PNDT Cell GNCT Delhi Government. With over two decades of experience in pivotal roles within numerous NGOs and government institutions, Mr. Singh brings a wealth of expertise and a deep-rooted commitment to advocating for gender equality and social justice.

His active participation in various conferences and summits at national and international levels has positioned Care Village Foundation as a credible voice in social development initiatives. Mr. Singh has flourished and made significant strides in social development, deeply committed to gender equality and social justice.

Foundation Established

Registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 in Delhi, with a vision to serve marginalized communities.

2014
First Self-Help Groups

Launched the first batch of self-help groups across Community Group circles, empowering women with financial literacy.

2016
Government Collaboration

Partnered with Delhi State Legal Services Authority and Delhi Commission for Women to extend reach and impact.

2019
National Recognition

Recognized at national conferences and summits. Mr. Vishal Singh appointed to PNDT Cell, GNCT Delhi Government.

COVID-19 Relief Drive

Launched emergency relief operations — distributing food kits, PPE, and providing tele-counseling to thousands of families during the pandemic.
